Nutrition Coaching & Services
Everything I offer is personalized, evidence-based, and designed to fit your real life, not rigid rules or all-or-nothing plans. Below is a clear breakdown of how you can work with me and what’s included in each option.
Live 1:1 Nutrition Coaching (Full Sessions)
This is my highest level of support and includes real-time coaching, accountability, and ongoing guidance.
Sessions are available in person (Lompoc & Santa Ynez Valley), over Zoom, or by phone, depending on what works best for you.
Each session is fully individualized and may include nutrition education, habit building, meal and snack structure, digestion support, hydration strategies, mindset tools, movement guidance, and troubleshooting barriers as they come up.
Sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Written Online Sessions (Flexible, No Calls)
Written sessions provide the same personalized guidance as live sessions, delivered fully in writing for maximum flexibility.
After purchase, you’ll complete a detailed intake questionnaire covering your goals, routines, food preferences, appetite, digestion, stress level, and challenges. I review your responses and create a custom written plan with individualized recommendations, tools, and resources tailored specifically to you.
This option is ideal if you prefer written communication, need flexibility, or want support without scheduling a call.
Half Sessions (Quick Support)
Half sessions are shorter, focused check-ins designed for specific needs or quick adjustments.
These are great for reviewing food logs, making small changes, troubleshooting a single issue, or updating tools and plans.
Available in written or live format.
Quick Cronometer Review (15 Minutes)
A short, focused nutrition check-in using Cronometer Gold.
We review your macro and micronutrient intake to identify areas where you may be under- or over-fueling. You’ll receive clear, individualized recommendations you can apply immediately, without pressure, perfection, or obsessive tracking.
(Written or over the phone)
Content Bundles (Affordable, Self-Guided Tools)
Content bundles are topic-specific educational toolkits you can use right away.
Each bundle focuses on one area and includes practical visuals, templates, examples, and guidance you can keep and reuse.
Examples include balanced meal templates, snack ideas, fiber or protein boosters, hydration tools, digestion basics, label reading, mindset support, and myth-busting education.
Free Education & Resources
I also share free, evidence-based nutrition education through my website and social platforms. These resources are designed to reduce confusion and provide practical guidance without fear-based messaging.
